It's almost the end of 2023 so here is my long overdue updated Feature / Series VFX reel!
Hope you enjoy, lots more I can't show yet as well!

Also the new "CineAssembly", a type of sequence that automatically is tied to and opens a specified level with it, as well as a note space for individual shots, this one is really early but promising!
There's the Production Wizard which allows you to set up seperate "shows" within one project with different global presets and settings, default sequence frame starts etc, super handy and you can swap between them, feeling more like katana every day.
I know that like TNG, DS9 & Voyager were both filmed in 35mm but edited on video and thats a big deterrant for them to be remastered like TNG was (they totally should be though) but as Farscape's 1" tape Bluray transfers showed, its still way better than DVD, why not do this?
Been testing Nvidia's Mega Geometry last night in the new experimental branch of Unreal they released and it does work as advertised, stay tuned might have a little surprise in store! :)

Another thing that seemingly was added to UE5-Main(5.6) recently was the ability to do GeometryScript on GeometryCaches (Alembics) which is pretty cool, using a sphere boolean on an animated GeometryCache here #UE5#UnrealEngine#GameDev#VFX
This cinematic showing iconic GPU's by @DylserX is amazing! REALLY detailed models down to the sticker placements and even supports DLAA and FG 😁 Check it out on Steam store.steampowered.com/app/3…
